The lounge is a benefit for our Nordy Club Icon cardmembers to enjoy, along with a guest, whenever they visit our store.* You'll find VIP perks like select complimentary sips and bites waiting for our very best customers. Lounge passes are also available for purchase by all customers at the host stand.**

*Icon Lounge Guidelines & Rules

The Icon Lounge ("Lounge") is for Nordy Club Icon status Nordstrom cardmembers (plus one (1) guest) and individuals, age 18 or older, who've purchased/received a Lounge Pass; minors are permitted with an eligible adult accompanying their entire visit (collectively "guests").

Guests are required to check in or purchase a Lounge Pass before entering the Lounge.

Each Lounge guest will receive two (2) complimentary food items and two (2) select non-alcoholic beverages.

Lounge hours may vary and are subject to change, and access is dependent on capacity.

Nordstrom will not be held responsible for any articles lost or stolen in the Lounge.

Only service animals are allowed in the Lounge. Animals are not allowed on any furniture and are not allowed to eat or drink from Lounge service ware.

Guests who appear to be intoxicated may be denied access to the lounge, denied further service and/or removed from the premises.

Nordstrom may refuse or revoke access to the Lounge to guests, including their accompanying animals, whose conduct is deemed, at Nordstrom's sole discretion, to be disruptive, inappropriate, offensive, threatening, intimidating, violent, belligerent or otherwise dangerous to Nordstrom employees or other guests. Guests whose access to the Lounge is revoked or terminated will not receive a refund.

**Lounge Pass Disclaimer

A Lounge Pass costs $40, allows entry for one guest, is valid only on the day of purchase and is nonrefundable. Re-entry is prohibited and access may be limited due to capacity.
