What is The Nordy Club?
Nordstrom's reward program, giving you fashion access, exclusive services and amazing experiences. Plus, Nordy Club members earn points that add up to Nordstrom Notes, which can be redeemed in stores or online at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, HauteLook and Nordstrom Trunk Club. How does it work?
As a Nordy Club member, you automatically unlock the best of Nordstrom's fashion, services and experiences by using your rewards number or Nordstrom credit card. Nordy Club members earn points that add up to Notes to spend at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, HauteLook and Nordstrom Trunk Club.
Who can join and how?
All U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years old and provide valid and accurate personal information when enrolling can join—it's free and easy. To become a member, all you need is your first name, last name, mobile number and email address. Sign up online or at a Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store with a salesperson. Make sure to verify your mobile number via text message to complete the process. For your security, you won't be able to spend future Notes you earn if you don't confirm your number.

How do I earn points?
Use your mobile number at Checkout to earn 1 point per dollar with every purchase in stores or online at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, HauteLook and Nordstrom Trunk Club.
Or apply and get approved for a Nordstrom credit card and earn Notes 3X faster with 3 points per dollar. Points can be earned with a Nordstrom credit card in stores or online at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, HauteLook and Nordstrom Trunk Club.
Nordstrom Visa® credit cardmembers can also earn 1 point per dollar everywhere else where Visa cards are accepted.
Your points will expire after your account has been inactive for 12 months.
What are Notes and how do I use them?
All points add up to Notes, which can be cashed in at $5, $10 and $15 with the Nordstrom iOS app—or wait to get a $20 Note automatically added to your account. If you're signed up for Nordstrom emails, you'll receive an email letting you know when you've unlocked a $20 Note.
Notes can be redeemed in stores or online at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, HauteLook and Nordstrom Trunk Club.
If you have Notes available, you'll see them at Checkout at Nordstrom.com. To use your Notes on Nordstromrack.com, HauteLook or Trunkclub.com, enter your Note number at Checkout. A salesperson will also be able to apply your Note in store as well.
Standard Notes expire one year after the date they're issued. Bonus Notes expire on the date that appears on the Bonus Note. The expiration date appears on your Note for your convenience.
Notes can also be used at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores in Canada. Notes will be denominated in U.S. dollars and are subject to the currency exchange rate when redeemed in Canada.
How do I get access to my rewards benefits?
Get benefits information at your fingertips by downloading the Nordstrom app, or by logging in to your account at Nordstrom.com or Nordstromrack.com.
Once a month, we'll send you an email with your points balance, available Nordstrom Notes and points needed to earn your next Note. When you're in store, you can also ask a salesperson to check your points balance.
Your rewards points are updated in real time, and your Nordstrom Notes will be visible in your account within a day.
Cardmember benefits are forfeited if your Nordstrom card is closed, you fail to pay two or more consecutive monthly payments due on your Nordstrom account, or a Nordstrom debit card transaction is returned as unpaid for any reason from your bank.
Why didn't I earn points on my purchase?
There are several reasons why you might not have earned points on a purchase. Here are a few of the most common:
- The mobile number linked to your Nordstrom.com account might not be the same as your Nordy Club number. If you have questions about the number on your Nordstrom.com account, give us a call at 1.888.246.8720.
- You forgot to give your mobile number to your salesperson during an in-store purchase. Make sure you let your salesperson know you're a Nordy Club member, so you always earn points.
- Your mobile number wasn't added at Checkout for an online purchase or hasn't been added to your Nordstrom.com account yet. Make sure you add your mobile number to your Nordstrom.com account so you earn points on all your future purchases.
- You checked out as a guest while making an online purchase or shipped internationally on Nordstrom.com.
STATUS
How can I attain a different status in The Nordy Club?
Once a member spends $500 in net Nordstrom spend, they unlock Insider status and its associated benefits. Cardmembers automatically unlock Insider status when they're approved for a Nordstrom credit card. A status is calculated on annual net spend by calendar year. Learn more.
Once you unlock a new status, we'll notify you via email, or you can see real-time upgrades in our Nordstrom app. Download the app and sign up for email.

Can I use my Nordstrom card at Nordstrom stores located in Canada?
You can use your Nordstrom Visa credit card at stores in Canada. At this time, the Nordstrom retail credit and debit cards cannot be used to make purchases at Nordstrom stores in Canada.
