In collaboration with chef Ethan Stowell, Wolf is a relaxed, modern space serving Italian-inspired fare with a Pacific Northwest twist. An homage to Stowell's award-winning Seattle restaurant How to Cook a Wolf, Wolf is Stowell's first restaurant venture in New York City. The mood is refined, yet comfortable, and in accordance with Stowell's food philosophy of keeping it simple, the menu showcases the bounty of the Pacific Northwest with dishes that let ingredients shine.
Our menu features shareable small plates, such as fried oysters and burrata bruschetta, tempting salads, including one with delectable king crab and baby beets, plus hearty pasta, meat and fish entrées. Vegan options are available upon request. The restaurant also offers an extensive wine list of old- and new-world wines, along with an array of craft beers and specialty cocktails.
Wolf is on the second floor of our Nordstrom NYC flagship store.

Mon-Sat: 11am-9pm
