Forged in Germany from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel and fitted with an ergonomically curved three-rivet handle, this premium chef's knife allows you to cut and chop with improved precision, safety and comfort. The whole length of the blade can be used for cutting and chopping, and the edge—precision-honed and laser-controlled to a 15° angle on each side—can be sharpened in full from bolster to tip. The raised handle provides knuckle clearance for easier slicing.
