Best used in a chopping motion, the broad blade features an especially sharp cutting edge—precision-honed and laser-controlled to a 10° angle on each side—that can be sharpened in full from bolster to tip.The raised handle provides knuckle clearance for easier slicing.

Replacement/repairs
I sent in two packages of knives that needed repair and both times the warranty covered the knives but I was sent back a different knife and not the same model I sent in.
