I just wore the dress

Loved the print on this
Loved the print on this dress but that low, wide waistband isn't flattering on my short torso. I also wasn't thrilled with the cut around my shoulders and neck. More like a cut for a tank top than a dress. I'm 5'1", 109 lbs. for reference.
