almost great
This skirt has a lot of good qualities but it runs big and the waist band has a weird pull at the bottom making a pull at the waist rather than sitting flat. The worst trait though is the speed with which sequins fall off. I tried it on, then shipped it back with a small bag of sequins from my floor. So cute and almost great.
