Elegant Dress

This is a beautiful dress. Very flattering & fits true to size. Unfortunately, the cap sleeves don’t stay up. The sleeves fall off my shoulders to the sides, giving the dress an off the shoulder look. I can’t be messing with the sleeves all night. So disappointed.
