Looks like kelp
Was hoping to love this dress but I literally looked like I was wearing seaweed. The color is drab and unflattering. The material is cheap polyester. The worst part is, the bottom of this dress is SO heavy that the very thin tie straps did absolutely nothing to hold the dress up. The top half kept getting pulled down lower and lower. There is little support/structure with the halter neckline. Definitely returning!
