Watch Strap Bracelet - Ora

This bracelet isn’t slightly small, it’s for a teen or very slightly built adult. Comes with extra links, but I bought a bracelet not a new hobby in jewelry adjustment or need for an additional errand to add to my list. For 20 years I’ve funneled a majority of my clothing budget into shopping with Nordstroms for the ease of return and confidence in the support of products not within a timeframe. It’s clear now that I read the page this is DROP SHIPPED from the vendor and does not receive the same customer experience we have all become accustomed to. I had my return declined and I’m now stuck with a useless bracelet. If you go into stores the customer service folks talk about this “marketplace” as something that is well known, it’s just drop shipping to reduce their risk and get you to put it on your Nordstroms card of inflate their top line… I don’t read every page because I don’t expect after decades of being a customer for different non luxury products to have different return policies. I’m really re-evaluating the thousands I spend at Nordstroms each year because I don’t want to handle the mental math of which items apply to which policy. It may sound extreme but I buy very little from Nordstrom brands so what value is it to me if buying stuff becomes complicated and I end up with stuff I can’t return or use.
