VLOGO Pointed Toe Slingback Pump

I absolutely love Valentinos. I've have a pair for over 6 years and only had to get them fixed once after about 5 years of constant use. I wear these at work and walk well over a mile daily in my line of work. I bought this pair for the color and fit. I got so many compliments when I wore them the first time. Unfortunately, the insole of the the right shoe is already starting to come off. The left one is starting to warp as well. They raised the price and decreased the quality severely. I am in complete shock that this is happening and plan to return them this weekend. How can such an expensive and gorgeous shoe be failing after only 1 use. This is unacceptable from Valentino!
