Awful
I couldn’t believe what I was seeing when I opened the package. The purse was put in a box without any proper tissue paper to fill the inside so the bag would stay in place. Second, which was way worse, no box and no dust bag only the plastic one as shown on the picture. Just like when you pickup your dry cleaning plastic bag. Whoever is in charge of preparing the super designer, expensive shipments should be taught how to do it. If not Nordstrom will loose customers. This can’t be happening that $3,200 purse is sent like this.
