Beautiful, bias-cut long skirt actually works on a 5' tall person. Yaay. Waist is a little high, but manageable.

Am always a XXS or XS in Vince -Had to order BOTH bc my store never carries small sizes (WHY NOT??!!) . Ordered during a 25% off sale. My pictures show XS. Looks like I need a SM instead...
