Short Sleeve Cashmere Sweater

This is such a perfect sweater, like a T-shirt but elevated. Note: I've heard Nordstrom stylists advise that to fold cashmere flat and put it in a drawer. If you do, I guarantee moths will come flying. Don't put it in your drawer, even freshly washed or dry cleaned. Instead, DRAPE it over a hanger's lower bar, and put it in your closet. Make sure air is circulating around it. With care, I expect this to last a long time. Theory is a terrific brand.

This is made well. Not too thin or too thick. Great colors. Just looked boxy on me. I needed a softer shape for my athletic frame.

It states in the product description that this is 100% cashmere. I received my order today and it is in fact, 90% wool and 10% cashmere which means it cannot be washed. Very irritating that the description is wrong.

I really wanted to love this sweater. The cashmere is super high quality and the sweater is very warm. Unfortunately, the neck is quite high and I don't really like tight, choking type necklines so planning to return. Sad because this is a really lovely item.

This is the second item arrived this week that clearly worn and smelled strongly of perfume. The wool sweater was already pilling, which should not happen with a new product. This felt more like receiving a used item from a consignment shop than purchasing new from Nordstrom. Unacceptable quality control.
