Crop Flare Stretch Leather Pants

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience so Nordstrom is aware. I received my Vince leather pants today, and I was very disappointed with how they were packaged. For a pair of leather pants that retail for nearly $1,500, I expected much better care. Instead, they arrived stuffed in a plastic bag with no box or hanger, almost as if they were an inexpensive item. As a result, the leather was heavily wrinkled when I opened the package. The pants fit well, but the presentation and handling did not reflect the quality or price of the product. Luxury merchandise deserves to be packaged and shipped with much greater care. I expect a higher standard from Nordstrom and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
