Cassina Block Heel Bootie

I purchased the espresso brown suede booties in the anniversary sale. The suede seems to be a beautiful supple Italian leather (they are marked “vero cuoio” on the soles), however I couldn’t locate any marks where they were assembled, which makes me think it’s not in Italy. I took away one star for that , they did not come with a dust bag, and for the fit as they are a bit long. I am usually a 6.5 or 7 and returned the 7 because the front was too long. Otherwise, a very nice and comfortable bootie. I’m looking forward to wearing these when it cools off.

Beautiful boot, I wish it would have fit. Purchased the Brown suede in a size 8 medium, which is my normal size. I was so narrow it was painful to walk. Even if I exchanged for an 8 1/2 I felt like it would be too long and then slip as I was walking. This is the first time I purchased this brand and not sure if I will purchase again in the future. I am so tired of returning things that do not fit.

First off the color of this boot is beautiful. I bit the bullet and paid the price simply because I wasn’t able to find another brand with a comparable color that I liked as much. I also love the almond shaped toe and that it’s not big around my ankle (I have small ankles). I find that the shoes are a little narrow and squeeze my feet but it’s nothing that’s uncomfortable. I marked a star off because for the price I would assume they would have come packaged better including a dust bag but they do not.

I love everything about these. I ordered a few different brands in suede booties and this one by far hit it out of the park (not surprising). The color is fantastic - I’m a winter so don’t love anything that errors on the orange/yellow undertone side and this espresso color is SO good. They are super comfortable, fit tts, heel is not suede which I think will wear better in our area than one other style I ordered where the heel is also suede, shaft height is prefect and overall just a 10/10.

Bought these pair in brown and I love them. I wore them for the first time this past Sunday and they were extremely comfortable. I also bought the black ones. You can style with dresses, skirts, jeans or leggings. Love the brown ones for fall.

Cassina Block Heel Bootie runs half to a full size too small and narrow. Style is elevated classic. Quality is good but not $550 or even the sale price good. Suede is very thin. Most likely bonded. I am returning them.
