This dress is super cute. I don’t think it’s heavy just well made. It fits very well.

Cinq à Sept
Inspired by the slanting, golden light between late afternoon and early evening, Cinq à Sept embodies the balance between sophistication and ease, youthful daring and confident allure. Unexpected details accent decidedly feminine styles cut with striking silhouettes. The result is clothing that allows the romance and sexiness of the woman who wears it to shine through.

This dress weighs ten pounds!
What an adorable dress! I love Cinq a Sept clothes. I was very excited. I knew as soon as I was taking it out of the box, that this was a very, very heavy dress. I think you could wear it in winter instead of a coat! I was so disappointed. No where had it stated that. It is so darling, but I did not even try it on because it was so heavy to lift. Sad.
