Never arrived

I ordered the beige color of this same shoe directly from the Viscata website. It arrived promptly. The shoe itself is stunningly gorgeous, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. On the same day, I also ordered the black pair from Nordstrom. It never arrived. The customer service representative was not very helpful either. For sizing, I am between an 8.5 and 9. Viscata's 9 fit perfectly. Overall, I would give the shoe itself 5 stars based on the pair I purchased elsewhere, but only 1 star for the delivery and customer service with this order.
