Polo Play Denim Messenger Bag

I bought this bag but the first time I was wearing it rubbed blue dye on my other clothes pretty intensely. Surprised a brand like this didn’t already prepare/treat their fabrics so this wouldn’t happen. I tried contacting their customer support to see how to prevent the dye from running (can’t wash it like a new pair of jeans) and got a generic “we do not have specific care instructions for this issue” Disappointing
