Romy Soft Leather Crossbody Bag

I ordered the “dark carmine” color which is a beautiful dark purpley-red color. It is small in size which can fit my wallet, keys and a travel hand lotion and sanitizer. However, the opening is just too tight which makes it a challenge to take stuff out. I am 5’2” and prefer to wear my crossbody bags at the shortest length so it sits on my hip. The shortest setting on this one means the rest of the strap hangs too long and loose below the bag which looks a little sloppy unlike the model pics where they have it at the middle setting. Lastly, the leather is soft & supple though it seems like it would easily scratch. Unfortunately, it would have to go back.
