Issue with clasp TWICE
The look is amazing BUT I received this bracelet as a gift in March and the bracelet continued to unclasp and fall off and was actually lost. I bought a SECOND one LAST WEEK and the SAME CLASP issue happened and I am now out two $100 bracelets. Super disappointed and sad

Terrible Packaging
For it to be from Tory Burch it came in the ugliest packaging . It was just a simple white box nothing symbolizing it’s from Tory Burch other than opening it up and there was a card saying Tory Burch I’m very unsatisfied cause this was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it just looks like a cheap bracelet that I threw in a dollar tree package wrap Nordstrom do better!
