The Wrap Sandal

I ordered this for a birthday gift, gave the street address for UPS or FED, Jackson Hole WY does not have mail boxes, you have to use a PO BOX ONLY if it's USPS and you have to use street address if its FEDX or UPS. I called once I got confirmation as there was no where on on line order to put "Remarks or Special instructions" as some sites have. I got an AI idiot, then finally got a live person who said their technology set up would not allow the special instructions. I pointed out that it made NO sense to mail something and it be returned due to not being able to deliver. She told me that I would have to wait to see if it was returned. So versus heading the problem off at the initial order stage they want to "wait and see" as they have no input on what carrier (UPSP to PO BOX ) or FED X or UPS to physical address. I ordered these expensive sandals from Norstroms as I thought since they are on the upper end of dept stores, they could assist. Well, Nordstroms is not what it used to be. Will think twice before spending my hard earned dollars here again. Shame on you Norstroms crappy customer service
