poor customer service

I ordered this for a birthday gift, gave the street address for UPS or FED, Jackson Hole WY does not have mail boxes, you have to use a PO BOX ONLY if it's USPS and you have to use street address if its FEDX or UPS. I called once I got confirmation as there was no where on on line order to put "Remarks or Special instructions" as some sites have. I got an AI idiot, then finally got a live person who said their technology set up would not allow the special instructions. I pointed out that it made NO sense to mail something and it be returned due to not being able to deliver. She told me that I would have to wait to see if it was returned. So versus heading the problem off at the initial order stage they want to "wait and see" as they have no input on what carrier (UPSP to PO BOX ) or FED X or UPS to physical address. I ordered these expensive sandals from Norstroms as I thought since they are on the upper end of dept stores, they could assist. Well, Nordstroms is not what it used to be. Will think twice before spending my hard earned dollars here again. Shame on you Norstroms crappy customer service

Don't believe the hype

I fell for the tik tok ads and don't understand the positive reviews. Hoping for a timeless, high-quality, comfortable sandal that would last for years--these look exactly like the Amazon dupes, not particularly well made, not super comfortable (my $40 Lucky slides are way more cushy), the ties are VERY stiff--not the soft, buttery leather I'd hope for for a $275 sandal. Also, the sizing is bizarre. I'm a 7-7.5, and my feet are a little on the wide side. After some debate, I went with the 7.5 Medium and they were too long and WAY too wide.

Gorgeous but…

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous! They seem to stay tied and the straps don’t rub. HOWEVER, there isn’t much to them. It is essentially walking barefoot. So unfortunately they have to go back.

Wrap Sandal

So cute and comfortable! I wore them for a full day in the city and I was surprised how comfortable they are, even with ties around the ankle. Love them! Highly recommend

I wanted to love these sandals! Will not stay on my feet.

I love lace up/wrap sandals. I own several pairs. I saw these and after the reviews decided to purchase to replace a Kade Spade pair of wrap sandals I have. I have worn these twice now for extended periods of time and can not keep them on my feet. They become loose in the heel area and my foot slides out continually.
