Unraveling Defective Strap
First, do not buy Rothy's from Nordstrom. I purchased this pair. The strap literally unraveled and the grommet fell out-see picture. Talked to customer service, I sent the picture of the defect and refund was requested. Refund was then denied. This pair of shoes are absolutly not worth the money when they fall apart immediately. This may one off from the manufacturer but I paid over $129 for a pair of shoes I can't wear. Buyer beware.
