Unraveling Defective Strap

First, do not buy Rothy's from Nordstrom. I purchased this pair. The strap literally unraveled and the grommet fell out-see picture. Talked to customer service, I sent the picture of the defect and refund was requested. Refund was then denied. This pair of shoes are absolutly not worth the money when they fall apart immediately. This may one off from the manufacturer but I paid over $129 for a pair of shoes I can't wear. Buyer beware.

Darling Mary Janes, but Not the Right Fit

These are so cute. However, not the best look on me. If you have wide feet, the show will stretch. I wish the shoe was more structured and had more support.

INSIDE

The inside of the shoe is not as comfortable as I would like. A cute shoe, but sole feels a bit like cardboard. Thus, overpriced.

Order your true size

I’m usually a size 5.5 (a perfect fit for me is almost always European size 36). I read tons of reviews before I ordered these in size 5.5 and not only do they fit me perfectly, there was zero break in time. I’m pleasantly shocked.

Could have been great

Could have been great…one shoe was defective. The strap was not even. Customer service was not great. No offer to resend. It was suggested I drive 40 minutes to my closest store for the quickest resolution so they weren’t out of stock. I will order straight from Rothy’s because their customer service takes care of issues.
