Cute style but fits small
This is a cute dress with the smocking and belt. I bought size 4 and it fit very small on me. I thought of ordering the next size up, but it sold out. The description did not state that it drops off the shoulder, but it doesn’t stay up very well. I’m afraid the size 6, if available, would be even worse. I’m returning it.
