Stunning Satin Dress with Gathered Waist and Beaded Illusion Sleeves

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. The satin dress I received was expensive, yet it arrived with visible stains and non-visible flattened pleats, as if it had been worn multiple times before being sent to me. I was shocked that a boutique would ship an item in such poor condition. For the price, I expected quality and care, but what I received was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured I will never purchase from this boutique again.
