Dayna Platform 80 Sandal

Very cute looking shoes. They should be comfortable. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the straps are uncomfortable, probably because they are thin and the shoes are blocky and heavy. I loosened the straps all the way to the second hole, and then they didn't hurt so much, but the shoe flopped all around. If I tightened the straps to the appropriate hole, they dug in and hurt when I walked. Too bad. For $500 SW maybe have a woman try them on and give you feedback during production. Just a thought.....

Beautiful shoe and versatile as you can wear it with formal and casual outfits. Unfortunately the ankle strap broke on the first wear while just walking. I was allowed to replace the shoes, and hopefully, I will not have any problems with the new pair.

I stalked the poudre shoes because fell in love on line. My size was sold out, I watched my wish list everyday, and one must have been returned, because got that one and it was sold out again (sold out on other sites as well). I was a bit disappointed when they arrived because these are way more gold than poudre (expected more beige) and they are way more sparkly than the picture, I mean like diamonds glistening in the sun. These are more for a wedding. photos look beige, so though I could wear to work so no, the sparkles make it for limited events. The heels are heavy and the strap does not feel supported enough to carry these heavy heels. I still kept them, mostly because I didn't see anything else I wanted, and ran out of time for the event

Love these sandals! They're surprisingly comfortable right out of the box, no break-in period needed. I did find they run a little small, so I ordered a second pair in a different color a half size up. Great platform height, not too high, and the woven wedge heel adds a nice touch. Would definitely recommend, just size up if you're between sizes.
