Stretch Cotton Twill Flare Leg Pants

I’m rarely disappointed with anything I order from Ralph Lauren. In fact, 90% of my closet is made up of RL. I was looking forward to this pant in white as I have it in black and love the fit. However, the material of the white pant did not share the same quality. For one, it felt cheaper and showed every little imperfection I have but the biggest disappointment was that once on the material was far too shear. The instruction/fabric tags are in front next to the zipper and you can clearly see them when the pant is on. Sure, I could remove them but it’s no different in the back. You see whatever under garment you’re wearing.

Unfortunately not a keeper for me. The button up fly is ‘bulky’ and once buttoned it didn’t lie flat or straight 🤷‍♀️. The buttons are plastic and added more bulk where most of us don’t need it. If these were designed with a zip fly they’d have been perfect. I loved the fabric, the style and the fit was otherwise perfect.
