Love the shoe, not the squeak
Purchased the 9.5 but should have chosen the 9. Love the shoe. Very comfy and stylish. But the squeaking is really puzzling. I had to take out the insoles. That helped some but the shoe still has a squeak. And they are not as comfy without the insole. I was going to also buy the black but opted out because I can’t get over the noise.

I typically like Steve Madden shoes, but these aren't my favorites. They are heavy, uncomfortable in the toe box, and the inside material is hard.
