Guys my package was suppose to come yesterday and i still don’t have it and it was marked as delivered, I’m truly disappointed because Nordstrom won’t help me and they don’t have a reason. Definitely try arranging delivery with instructions.

Perfect coat
I was a little hesitant to order this puffer coat because of some negative reviews, but I’m so glad I took the chance—this coat completely exceeded my expectations. It’s truly a dream coat.
One of the biggest selling points for me is that it’s not down-filled. Even when labeled “responsibly sourced,” I prefer alternatives, and this polyester fill delivers more than enough warmth. I’ve worn it through harsh New York winter days and stayed perfectly warm and toasty. The fit is spot-on—it allows room for sweaters underneath without looking bulky or feeling restrictive. Unlike other brands, the material is quiet and soft, not noisy or plasticky.
Another major plus is how low-maintenance it is. I love practical pieces, and this coat is as carefree as it gets. I can toss it in the washer and it comes out looking great—no dry cleaning required.
The attention to detail really stands out. The construction gives it a sporty, flattering shape, and both the pockets and neck area are lined with super soft fleece for extra comfort. I also appreciate the dual closure with both a zipper and snap buttons, plus the longer zipper pulls that make them easy to use.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better coat—stylish, warm, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly practical. Definitely a 5-star purchase.
