Stefano Loafers

I recently placed an order with Nordstrom for the Stefano Loafer in Sand Suede, size 43.5, during the Black Friday sale. My husband did his best to select the correct size, but the pair we received is unfortunately half a size too big. When I went to Nordstrom to request an exchange for a size 43, I was informed that they are unable to process an even exchange because the item is fulfilled by a third-party vendor. This has been extremely inconvenient, as I expected to handle the exchange directly through Nordstrom, especially given their typically easy return and exchange policy. I contacted the vendor they weren’t helpful and Nordstrom can’t do an even change for a half size small. This is completely unacceptable and forced to return the item entirely.
