Sergio Genuine Leather Wallet - Disappointing

Nordstrom, this is disappointing. A $100+ leather wallet shipped in thin plastic and addressed to “Current Resident." That’s far below the standard I associate with your brand. High-value items should be shipped with proper customer information and appropriate packaging. This looked more like an unbranded Amazon shipment than a Nordstrom order.
