Statement Initial Necklace

Necklace broke after a two wears. After one wear the clasps became loose and no longer close all the way. After the second, the piece/hook that joins the letter to the chain loosened and separated completely, resulting in a broken necklace. Nordstrom has a great return policy but because it’s third party I need the box/tag to return in, which I disposed of after the first wear. If up for risking the purchase I suggest keeping the box/tag. Its my first Mint & Lily purchase so Im insure if its a one off situation or poor quality overall. It was the letter L, that might impact the strain on the hooks/clasps.
