very tight waist, great length
These are described as being low slung - which means the waist should be comfortable lower on your hips. I ordered my regularly size 27 and they fit in legs and butt however the waist I could barely button leaving a wonderful muffin top well above my hips. I ordered a size 28 and the waist was barely bigger and now they are looser in butt and thighs. If you wear your jeans on your waist and are not looking for a truly low slung jean these may work for you. I kept the 28 because I really needed a darker pair of long jeans, but I hate the waist on them. It’s rigid and unflattering, too snug to below slung. I am not curvy at all so low slung is typically super comfortable on me.
