Smocked Top Woven Maxi Dress

I really loved how flattering this dress looked once I had it on. I purchased it for my maternity photo shoot, and it ended up looking beautiful in the photos. The dress arrived extremely wrinkled, so I had to steam it before wearing it. Unfortunately, it also wrinkles very easily. For my photo shoot, I had to keep it hanging until the very last minute so I wouldn’t wrinkle it sitting in the car with the seatbelt. The material is very thin, although it is not see-through. The thin fabric did make the dress look a little cheaper than I expected when I first took it out of the package, but once it was on, it looked much nicer and very flattering. I especially liked the smocked chest area. I have a larger bust, and it was forgiving and comfortable without looking too tight. I also appreciated that I could wear a regular bra with it rather than having to find a special bra or go without one. The only thing I would be cautious about is the fit around a larger baby bump. I wore this at 30 weeks pregnant, and at 5’7”, it fit me perfectly at that point in my pregnancy. However, I’m not sure how well the flow of the dress would accommodate a significantly larger bump later in pregnancy. Overall, I was really happy with it for my maternity photos. My photo shoot turned out great, and since it was a hot day, I was especially thankful that the lightweight material kept me cool and comfortable. It may arrive looking a little underwhelming, but once steamed and worn, it’s a very pretty and flattering dress!

This dress fit true to size, is lightweight and comfortable. The only thing I was a little disappointed with is that the buttons are fake. I was hoping to undo the bottom a little bit to show off my shoes.

Very comfortable dress. Material is light but not see through, and there is a lining. Im 57 and length is to just below my ankles but not dragging on the floor. Only wish would be that the neckline is wider. The straps feel like theyre being pulled inward. Happy with the dress overall.

Dress was too long

Its so pretty I wore it for Halloween pictures, nice and flowy. My only complaint is that its a bit long

Love this dress! The color could be more vibrant and I may like it a little more but its true to what they show. This dress is thin which is perfect for the hot summers. I love the look of this dress on so much Ive bought it in the green and burgundy.
