Just ok, not for me

I was really looking forward to this dress arriving but when it arrived it wasn’t like the one in the photos. First I got the one with the flower embroidery instead of the dobby textured fabric with the small raised dots which I guess I was fine with but it also has strings on the top of the decorative buttons and the one on the photos doesn’t, it looks weird! also it’s Not 100% cotton! The lining is 100% polyester which I’m not ok with so it’s definitely going back and I’m disappointed because I really liked the dress on the photos.
