Awful experience

like the other reviewer, mine arrived well worn and in a box with no invoice or other documentation. I can’t even find an email confirmation from them. The fit is way too big, though they say they’re true to size.

Received used shoes in the wrong size!

Shoes arrived pre-worn, with scuffed up suede, and in the wrong size. Would have expected more at this price point and also from Nordstrom.
