Not well-packed
This is a great little bag (more room than my Strathberry WOC) - it fits my iphone, key, gloss, etc. I read that Mulberry is discontinuing the Oxblood color, so I was happy to get this bag before it's gone. I was, however, disappointed in the presentation by Nordstrom. This bag was shipped in a large box and wrapped only in a clear plastic bag. There was no stuffing/cardboard inside the bag, the chain strap was not wrapped in tissue, and there wasn't a Mulberry dustbag (or any dustbag for that matter). This bag is currently on sale on the Mulberry site for the same price and will come in a much nicer/complete presentation. I would have given 5 stars had I ordered from Mulberry direct. I called Nordstrom cust service to relay my disappointment in the way this bag was shipped, and was told they would send a generic dustbag - but it has been over a week and it hasn't arrived.

Was mailed by Nordstrom damaged
Received the bag just in time for Christmas present. Was excited to get it on sale. Opened the box and was disappointed that Nordstrom mailed the bag in this condition. The whole front flap had damaged on it. Disappointed at Nordstrom to mail a bag in this condition to the customer.

Very nice clutch
Unlike some reviewers, I received my Mulberry clutch in perfect condition along with the Mulberry dust bag. The pale grey is a beautiful and versatile color. I needed a very flat bag for work that could fit in my briefcase but was big enough to hold my essentials. This clutch fits my iPhone 12 Pro, all my cards, cash, car/house key and lip gloss. Just what I was looking for!
