Roxanne High Shine Leather Shoulder Bag

I went back and forth to the south coast Nordstrom in OC over 7 time to order and return this same bag. I wanted this bag so incredibly bad that I was on a mission to own it. But unfortunately every time it would arrive there would be damage or scratches somewhere on the bag. Once time it even looked like the bag was squished flat. I’m just super upset as I’ve been a Nordstrom shopper/ cardholder for over 15 years and have never received an item that’s seemed to be used when it was suppose to be new each time. Just overall disappointed

I love this bag. It arrived in mint condition. The size is perfect for me. Big enough to hold more than a couple of things but not too big that it would look bulky.

This bag is beautiful but too heavy and bulky for me. The real annoyance was it came with a price tag on it for $1,995 but the price online is over $2,000. Did private equity invade Nordstrom and that’s why it seems the shopping experience isn’t enjoyable anymore? A lot seems to be overpriced but diminished quality.
