Chain length not changeable
This is a well made bag, perfect size for phone, keys, slim card wallet and a lippy but small enough to wear all day or night as case may be. But there is no way to shorten chain length which is ridiculous. I have other bags of similar shape but larger. I'm able to alter chain length or double it so it's shoulder length. Not possible with this bag, fatal flaw as limits it's versatility. Very disappointing as would otherwise be perfect travel bag.

Forget the obvious contenders
This is the best luxury wallet on chain. Been in the market for a couple years and finally took the leap on this one. Absolutely no regrets…and I’m very prone to buyer’s remorse! I’ll have this one and love it for years.
