Great neckline, poor fabric

This seemed to be the perfect t-shirt--great neckline--but, after one wear, I noticed a small hole in the front. I went to the Franne Golde site to see if this has been a problem (no reviews on Nordstrom's site) and found that another customer ran into the same problem. Wishing I'd ordered directly from them because they sent that customer a replacement.
