poor fabric quality

Fabric is odd. See through thin and if you stretch it, the fabric doesn’t bounce back. It’s like if you stretch a piece of plastic wrap, it stays warped and stretched. My order arrived with a snag on the front. Tried to pull the fabric softly to see if the snag would reduce. It didn’t. Sending back and I won’t reorder.
