Nice product but return was declined
Reistor is a third party company through Nordstrom. I returned the dress, never worn with original tags in a waterproof durable shipment bag, and the company declined the return due to damage. Nordstrom’s customer service informed me the company will not return said “damaged product” (no proof and highly unlikely) and will not refund me. In addition, there was no mention of FedEx coverage of said damaged product. Very disappointing. I will sadly never purchase a product through a third party company through Nordstrom.
