Crooked, cheap neckline

This is my first order with Lola and the Boys and I'm shocked at the poor quality of the dress. The neckline was cut crooked and they still sent it out. The stitching at the neckline and sleeves is so poor and looks like it will fall apart in a few wears. There were strange white feather like items stuck to the top. It's a shame because my daughter loves the design.
