Sorter than advertised

I love the fit and style of these pants but the length is shorter than advertised. The pair I received was 28 inches and the regular should be 29.5 inches. They reach my ankle which looks silly with sneakers. The Tall is 4 inches longer which is too long. I kept them because I love the fit and quality just wish they were longer to complement the style of a wide leg jean.
