Large Charlie Quilted Leather Drawstring Shoulder Bag

Let me preface this review by saying this is a 5-Star bag. The leather is incredibly soft, the Light Cream color way with silver hardware (which is solid) is absolutely gorgeous, and the size is a perfect everyday carry (for me). My iPhone fits nicely in the side pocket (so functional) and the bag is lightweight. Love the microfiber lining (so lux). The quality is amazing down to all the quilting stitches lining up. Wow! But I took off stars due to the pitiful shipping. Imagine my surprise when this $650 bag ($650!!) arrived not in a box but in a white plastic bag with no stuffing and packaging protection whatsoever. Just thrown in a plastic bag. It was smashed like a pancake and twisted. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Shame on Nordstrom’s. What a disappointment.

Gorgeous bag, leather is soft and very high quality. I was worried the large was gonna be too big but it’s actually perfect. Nice ‘dupe’ for the Chanel 25. Came packaged nicely.

Was excited to get this but noticed that the leather has a greenish hue and is thin. The size was bigger than expected, too large for everyday. Purchased for everyday use, so did not keep.

Pretty disappointed by the state of the bag when I opened the box. There was a 4 inch box cutter cut across the front of the bag. Should have never been shipped in this condition. A huge bummer considering the bag is beautiful and the perfect size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The leather is buttery soft and feels so luxe. The drawstring shape holds more than I expected, and the gold chain strap adds a polished touch. I love the side pockets for quick-grab items. Goes with everything and dresses up or down easily.
