Penweathers Waterproof Trench Coat
I'm 5'4", 125lb, ordered UK size 10 (size 6- American). Fits me perfectly with enough room to wear a medium layer underneath. I like that the coat doesn't have the shoulder epaulets. It’s an attractive and clean-cut coat that has a hood, perfect for rainy weather. I had my sleeves shortened. That way it looks nicer with a blouse or button-down shirt.

Paper like material
Beautiful color material feels weirdly like paper. The coat is unlined and feels cheap. Too bad.

Lovely lightweight coat
The size 4 US weighs only 2 lbs, so quite packable. Fabric is high quality, very finely woven. Sleeves are too long but can fix with adjustment to button placement. The coat came with dark brown buttons -- too bulky looking. I'll replace with prettier shell ones.

generous sizing makes for easy layering
I love the color and fit of the jacket. I live in the Pacific Northwest and appreciate the generous sizing, given that I will layer this coat over turtlenecks and blazers in the fall and winter. I am 5’8” and 122 lbs and I ordered the US size 6, which is two sizes above what I usually wear - the shoulders fit nicely, so I’ll keep it, even though I could go down a size otherwise.

I had to size down from my typical 10 to 8. The length & sleeves fit me perfectly, being tall. I got the teal & it’s gorgeous. Looks like it will be a flattering & versatile travel coat. I plan on using it on rainy summer holidays - especially like the hood. Fingers crossed it’s truly waterproof.

Runs large, not too flattering
I almost universally wear a large. This was huge and just did not fit well. A medium could work but it’s likely just not good for a 5’4” girlie.

Meh
Not lined and feels paper-ey. I get that it's got fancy waterproof features, but it looks and feels like it should cost a third of what it does. I am 5'7", 145 lbs, and ordered a size 8 - it is pleasantly roomy.
