Good Shorts, no pockets

Very good quality shorts. They do not have pockets, so plan accordingly.

Too Long

These do not fit well. They are extremely long and the crotch is very high up. The width is accurate for a size Adult Small, but too long as compared to average shorts length.

Length

I bought these a month ago and the length is extremely long. The overall sizing is too big. My son normally wears a men's medium in shorts and we ended up with a men's small and they are still too long. He is 5'9" in height.

Lands' End response
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the fit and length were not what you expected. Inseam lengths can vary by size, and we recommend reviewing the Item Dimensions page, which can be accessed through the Size Chart, for specific garment measurements before ordering. Many people prefer the coverage of a longer cut (hitting at or above the knee) during gym activities. We appreciate your comments regarding the overall fit and length and will be sure to share your feedback with our product team for review.

No pockets

My kids love how comfortable these are. Their only complaint is that they DESPISE the fact that they don’t have pockets, and there are no options available that do have pockets.
