Leather strap broke after 6 months
After using this bag, maybe 10 times after getting it for Christmas, the piece of leather attaching the shoulder strap to the bag ripped in half. I’m not sure if this is just an anomaly, but the quality obviously is subpar or I got a defective bag.

Incorrect measurements advertised
This is not 4 inches in depth, its about 2 (meaning the capacity is small, not large) look this up directly on the manufacturer website and there will be different measurements for the same product.

Good Material with Construction Issues
I received this as a gift (in the mail) from my mother and I have mixed feelings about the product. The leather feels like quality leather and the zippers feel like a good zipper should. The back side unfortunately has a couple of puckers in the stitching. Big ones that shouldn't have passed quality inspection, making me wonder what else was missed. They're on the back and nobody will ever really see them, so I guess that's okay. I suggest that if you're planning on purchasing this bag, try to pick it up in the store so you can inspect it yourself.
