Asamushi-style first-flush sencha blended with organic matcha powder for a richer, energizing cup. This medium-high caffeine green tea from Kagoshima offers more mouthfeel than a typical sencha—complex, smooth, and highly drinkable.
- Ingredients: organic sencha and organic matcha powder. Packed on the farm in a 1.8 oz (50 g) retail bag. How to brew: Add 1 level tablespoon of tea to your brewing vessel. Cover with 2 oz cold, filtered water and steep 1 minute. Add 12 oz boiling water and steep 2 minutes. Decant and enjoy. Be mindful when brewing to use lower-temperature water to avoid scalding the leaves.
